This 6-week journey is built around targeted face yoga to tone, lift, and brighten your features, while layering in herbal rituals, facial reflexology, lymphatic massage, and restorative breathwork to support long-lasting radiance.
Each week alternates between sculpting-focused routines and restorative integration, so you not only strengthen facial muscles but also support your nervous system, hormones, and skin recovery.
Week 1: Clear and Calm
