This 4-week program helps you create your own calming, skin-healing nighttime rhythm. Through gentle face yoga, herbal teas, oil massage, and restorative rituals, you’ll ease facial tension, improve sleep quality, and activate overnight skin renewal.
Each week has a focused theme to help you feel more relaxed, more radiant — and more connected to your body’s natural rhythm.
Week 1: Restorative Face Work
Focus: Release facial tension and prepare your skin for deep rest
Face Yoga: Jaw massage, brow smoothing, temple release
Massage: Lavender or rose oil applied with breath-led movement
Herbal Ritual: Chamomile & rosemary facial steam
Evening Cue: 30 minutes screen-free before bed

Week 2: Nervous System Calm
Focus: Downregulate stress and prepare your body for deeper sleep
Face Yoga: Full massage-based sequence with slow exhales
Reflexology: Temples, under-eyes, and third eye point
Herbal Ritual: Lemon balm & lavender tea
Evening Cue: Guided breathwork or soft music before bed

Week 3: Hormonal Sleep Balance
Focus: Balance hormones for deeper, more restorative rest
Face Yoga: Neck and chin release, cheek toning, gentle smile pulses
Massage or Gua Sha: Light lymphatic drainage along jawline and neck
Herbal Ritual: Red clover + spearmint tea + warm towel compress
Evening Cue: Legs-up-the-wall pose or journaling
Affirmation: “My body knows how to rebalance and restore.”
Week 4: Dream Rituals & Reflection
Focus: Emotional rest, intuitive reflection, and glow integration
Face Yoga: Your favorite calming sequence + temple hold
Mirror Work: Reflect on how your face feels now compared to Week 1
Herbal Ritual: Glow tea or tranquil pillow mist
Evening Cue: Candlelit journal or meditation
