This 4-week program helps you create your own calming, skin-healing nighttime rhythm. Through gentle face yoga, herbal teas, oil massage, and restorative rituals, you’ll ease facial tension, improve sleep quality, and activate overnight skin renewal.

Each week has a focused theme to help you feel more relaxed, more radiant — and more connected to your body’s natural rhythm.

Week 1: Restorative Face Work

  • Massage or Gua Sha: Light lymphatic drainage along jawline and neck

  • Herbal Ritual: Red clover + spearmint tea + warm towel compress

  • Evening Cue: Legs-up-the-wall pose or journaling

Week 4: Dream Rituals & Reflection
