Each evening blends gentle face yoga, oil massage, herbal support, and screens-off rituals to help you release the day, ease facial tension, and let your skin restore itself while you sleep.
Day 1: Ground & Unwind
Focus: Release surface tension and ease into your sleep rhythm
Face Yoga: Forehead glide, temple massage, jaw release
Evening Ritual: Chamomile tea + light oil application (lavender or rose)
Screens-Off Cue: Turn off all devices 30 min early

Day 2: Soften the Eyes
Focus: Relieve eye strain and soften your expression

Day 5: Calm the Nervous System
