Gua Sha: Moderate-pressure sculpt across all zones
Herbal Ritual: Rosemary facial mist + calendula massage
Mindfulness: Self-image affirmations + posture resets

Week 4: Calm & Maintain
Goal: Anchor your new rituals and promote long-term clarity and calm.
