This program is designed for anyone with tired, puffy eyes, hooded eyes, crow’s feet, or tension from stress and screen time. Each day includes targeted face yoga for the eye area, paired with simple herbal and self-care rituals to restore brightness and calm expression.
Day 1: Awaken the Eyes
Goal: Stimulate circulation and reduce morning puffiness
Face Yoga:
Fingertip tapping under eyes + temples
Brow lifts (10 reps)
Gentle eye squeeze and release (10 reps)
Herbal Ritual: Green tea steam or compress
Mindfulness: Breathwork: 4-count inhale / 6-count exhale
Day 2: Release Brow Tension
Goal: Soften the upper face and refresh the gaze
Face Yoga:
