Each day features sculpting movements, affirmations, mirror rituals, and emotional reflection — because true beauty begins with how we feel.

Day 1: Meet Your Face

Theme: Awareness & acceptance

  • Face Yoga: Light tapping, forehead sweeps, and jaw release

  • Mirror Work: Look at your face for 2 minutes in stillness

  • Affirmation: “I meet myself with kindness.”

  • Support Ritual: Rose mist + grounding breathwork

Day 2: Soften the Gaze

Theme: Releasing tension around the eyes and brow

  • Face Yoga: Temple press, brow lifts, and eye flutter hold

  • Mirror Work: Smile softly into your eyes
