Each day focuses on activating a different region of your face, with deep muscle engagement, posture cues, and glow-enhancing techniques that create visible lift — fast. Ideal as a standalone challenge or a jump-start to long-term sculpting.
Day 1: Foundation & Full-Face Activation
Goal: Wake up the entire face and prep for deeper sculpting
Face Yoga: Tapping warm-up, posture alignment, gentle full-face resistance holds
Massage: Forehead glide, cheek press, jaw sweep
Posture Focus: Neck tall, shoulders back
Tip: Always sculpt from the neck up!
Day 2: Cheek Sculpt & Smile Lift
Goal: Tone mid-face muscles and define cheekbones
Face Yoga: Cheek puff resistance, smile pulses, upper lip lift
Massage: Upward strokes from jaw to cheekbone
Posture Focus: Tongue-to-roof-of-mouth while smiling
Bonus: Mist skin with rosewater before your flow
Day 3: Jawline Tighten & Neck Tone
Goal: Firm jaw, reduce sagging, and activate neck support
Face Yoga: Jaw press & release, chin lift, tongue push
Massage: Gua sha or hand sweep along jaw and neck
Posture Focus: Head aligned over shoulders
Affirmation: “I hold my head high with strength and grace.”
Day 4: Eye Area Lift & Brow Sculpt
Goal: Open the gaze and define upper-face structure
Face Yoga: Eyelid resistance, brow pulse, temple stretch
Massage: Under-eye tapping, temple sweep
Posture Focus: Soften brow but keep spine tall
Evening Ritual: Green tea compress to soothe
Day 5: Lip, Chin & Lower Face Tone
Goal: Firm lips, smooth smile lines, lift chin
Face Yoga: Lip hold + resistance, chin scoop, smile sculpt
Massage: Finger roll across mouth and chin
Posture Focus: Relax jaw tension
Optional: Use a warm towel wrap pre-flow
Day 6: Full Sculpt Circuit
