Day 1: Foundation & Full-Face Activation

Goal: Wake up the entire face and prep for deeper sculpting

  • Face Yoga: Tapping warm-up, posture alignment, gentle full-face resistance holds

  • Massage: Forehead glide, cheek press, jaw sweep

  • Posture Focus: Neck tall, shoulders back

  • Tip: Always sculpt from the neck up!

Day 2: Cheek Sculpt & Smile Lift

Goal: Tone mid-face muscles and define cheekbones

  • Face Yoga: Cheek puff resistance, smile pulses, upper lip lift

  • Massage: Upward strokes from jaw to cheekbone
