Who can join the 28-Day Face Fitness & Holistic Health Program?
This program is open to women and men aged 18 and older. It’s designed for anyone who wants to improve facial tone, ease tension, and enhance their natural beauty through holistic, mindful movement. In other words, achieve a natural facelift. Whether you’re beginning your wellness journey or deepening an existing practice, the program adapts easily to your needs and comfort level.
What is Face Yoga or Face Fitness?
Face Yoga, also known as Face Fitness, is a series of intentional exercises and massages that tone and strengthen the muscles of the face, head, and neck. Just like body fitness, these movements improve muscle tone, lift sagging areas, smooth fine lines, and increase circulation — creating a radiant, more youthful glow without any invasive methods.
Does Face Yoga Work?
There are various studies available that show varying degrees of success—from little benefit to great success. The main thing to keep in mind is that it will not give you your 20-year-old skin back, and that, like with any exercise routine, it takes time and consistent, regular workouts, to achieve the most benefits.
Aside from appearance and beauty benefits, the Palsy Association and the Stroke Association now recommend some of the exercises for rehabilitation to gain strength and improve blood flow. Face yoga exercises have also helped Parkinson’s Disease patients to improve their speaking and swallowing.
One study I’d like to share from you comes from Danielle Collins, world leading face yoga expert. In her words:
“The Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method was part of a study done by the BBC, the UK’s most renowned TV station. I taught a doctor how to do the upper face workout, the lower face workout and 10 minutes of Facelift massage from this manual. He did this daily for 30 minutes for 20 weeks. His twin, also a doctor, had a PRP treatment (a “vampire facial”) which is a one-off treatment of £1,000 which involves needles. Will Face Yoga Cause Wrinkles?
No, not if you’re doing it correctly. One of the goals of face yoga is to smooth and prevent lines and wrinkles. My Face Yoga for Mature Skin programs are designed to target these areas and reduce signs of aging. It is important that you learn techniques from a qualified professional. There are a lot of face yoga classes, videos, and training that can cause wrinkles and even damage the skin. So just be cautious and do your homework.
How is your program different from other Face Yoga programs?

Is the 28-day Face Yoga program your only program?
No. I have a program for qua sha as well as programs focused on holistic health through exercise, nutrition, and face yoga. These are more advanced and are offered as you go through the 28-day Face Yoga program.

Face yoga is a natural and gentle technique, but if you have any concerns, it is best to talk to your doctor before starting any programs.
How much time should I dedicate each day?
About 20 minutes a day for the 28-day program. After that, you can continue or choose the exercises and routines that work best for you. The sessions are designed to fit easily into your day, offering a peaceful pause that becomes a joyful habit. The most important part is showing up for your daily practices and remaining consistent.
What benefits will I experience beyond visible changes?

Do I need any special tools or equipment?
No special tools are required for the 28-day face fitness program — just your hands, your breath, and a quiet moment of intention. You may use a facial oil or herbal mist to enhance massage and acupressure, but the power of this program comes from awareness, consistency, and self-care. For some of my other programs, you might need some extra materials, but that is explained for each program.

What are my qualifications?
I am a certified health and nutrition life coach, a certified face yoga teacher, a Reiki Master (healing through energy), a certified meditation and practitioner teacher, a certified chair yoga instructor, and have certificates in herbalism, Tai hand and foot massage, facial reflexology, lymphatic draining, chakra energy healing, and lymphatic drainage reflexology.
