What We Do
Face Yoga for Mature Skin is your sanctuary for natural, holistic healing and anti-aging skin care. My carefully designed face yoga programs go beyond traditional exercises, incorporating facial reflexology, gua sha, acupressure, and Thai hand and foot massage to help you lift, tone, and rejuvenate your skin—all from the comfort of your home.
Meditation is great for your soul, for your inner health, and overall wellbeing. I am a Master Reiki (heal the body using energy), I’m a certified meditation practitioner/teacher, and I have certificates in chakra healing, herbalism, and chair yoga. I like to add some of these aspects into all my courses for a well-rounded experience, so that you get the full benefits. My Reiki / Chakra Healing / Meditation programs go into even further depth.
Each workout blends face yoga with at least one other healing method, or you can dive into a full reflexology session for deep relaxation and balance. Whether you’re looking for a quick spa-like glow, an intensive sculpting bootcamp, or a personalized plan, there’s a program for every budget and lifestyle.
